Vision:

HCIO mentees will achieve academic success in high school and college.  They will have success in their careers and be empowered to become leaders and role models in school and the community.

Activites:

• Workshops on high school and college readiness, entrepreneurship, career choices and life skills in a safe Godly environment.
• Weekly individual interaction with mentor.
• Bi-weekly meetings with all mentors and mentees
• Regular research and learning opportunities about college, technical and business careers
• Health and Wellness coaching on developing exercise and healthy eating habits
• Field trips to businesses, recreational activities, etc.
